Kristi Noem: DHS catches ‘prolific leaker’ putting DHS law enforcement at risk

A “prolific leaker” has been snagged by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem says the individual will be referred to the Justice Department for prosecution.
