The occupants of a car which killed a little boy when his parents’ vehicle was rammed in a high-speed chase had ’25 pints’ before the horror smash, a court has heard.
Four-year-old Peter Maughan was in his parents’ car with his baby sister, driving through Kent, when they passed mum Hayley’s cousins, Owen Maughan and his father, Patrick, on June 1 last year.
