Migrant boat collision kills at least 15

At least 15 people have died after a speedboat carrying migrants collided with a Coast Guard patrol vessel in Greece, with several others injured in the incident off the eastern Aegean island of Chios. A Coast Guard official said the crash occurred when the migrant boat manoeuvred towards the patrol vessel after being instructed to turn back.
