Moltbook, AI-only social network, sparks concern over bots' behaviour

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has downplayed the viral AI-only social network Moltbook as a likely passing trend. Launched just last week, the platform is designed exclusively for AI bots, but Altman noted that the technology enabling bots to act autonomously and interact with one another—much like humans on social media, offers a glimpse into the future.
