Wind advisory affecting Calabasas/Agoura Hills until Wednesday afternoon – gusts up to 35 mph

At 5:01 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service released a wind advisory valid from 9 p.m. until Wednesday Feb. 4, at 2 p.m. for Calabasas/Agoura Hills.

“Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected,” according to the NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA. “Travel on area roadways may be affected by gusty cross winds. Roadways affected may include Highway 101.”

“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,” the NWS said.
