UN Chief Appoints Adela Raz to Independent Vulnerability Advisory Panel
Former Afghanistan ambassador to the United Nations Adela Raz has been appointed by UN Secretary-General António Guterres to an independent advisory panel for 2026–2030.
The United Nations said the panel aims to strengthen the Multidimensional Vulnerability Index (MVI) and provide evidence-based assessments on structural vulnerabilities facing developing countries.
