Mummies are rising at the California Science Center

The mummies are rising and they’re ready for the spotlight at the California Science Center.

On Saturday, Feb. 7 the Los Angeles venue is welcoming back the traveling exhibition titled “Mummies of the World: The Exhibition.”

The exhibit will explore more than 30 naturally and intentionally preserved human and animal mummies from South America, Europe, and ancient Egypt including specimens never-before-seen in Los Angeles, according to a news release.
