New school fee law won’t kick in this year: Delhi govt to SC

The Delhi government has informed the Supreme Court that a new law regulating private school fees will not be enforced for the 2025-26 academic year. The Supreme Court has left all related issues for the Delhi High Court to decide. The High Court is currently hearing challenges to the new Act and its rules.
