Seahawks CB Riq Woolen fined for taunting penalty

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Riq Woolen committed a taunting penalty costly to his team during the NFC Championship Game against the visiting Los Angeles Rams on Jan. 25.

It has proven personally costly, too, as the NFL has fined Woolen $17,398 for his penalty following a third-down stop.
