Democrat Menefee wins Sylvester Turner's House seat, narrowing GOP majority

Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee (D) has won the special election runoff for late Rep. Sylvester Turner’s (D-Texas) seat, according to a Decision Desk HQ projection.
