Cargo Ship Creates Mutant Novelty Boat Wake Wave (Video)

In the niche world of novelty wave surfing, boat wakes are a usual suspect.

Ben Gravy, Dylan Graves, Blair Conklin – the big names in novelty wave surfing have all danced with large cargo ships, scoring their displacement waves.

This one below, however, has definitely not been surfed…not yet.

The video is long, but starting at the 1:01-minute mark, it shows the Wan Hai 360 container ship, which clocks in at 203.5 meters (667 feet) in length and a width of 35.1 meters (115 feet).
