Drug menace, erratic water supply plague residents of Ward 18

Residents of Ward 18 in Ranchi are sounding the alarm about public spaces, which, especially after dark, have turned into hotspots for substance abuse, making families and the elderly feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, hazardous dangling wires, crumbling roads that jeopardize access to hospitals, and unreliable, muddy drinking water are adding to the community's distress.
