The 25-year-old Olympian was charged with dangerous excessive speeding, meaning over 100 miles per hour, on Thursday (January 29), reports TMZ.

A spokesperson for the Orange County Sherriff’s Office said that she was “dangerously tailgating and travelling across lanes of travel to pass other motorists.”

According to NBC News, Florida’s super speeder law criminalizes driving 50 mph over the speed limit or over 100 mph.
