SC stays high court order on legality of completion cert issued to Pahala project

The Supreme Court has stayed an Orissa High Court ruling that excluded a major real estate project from RERA. The High Court had deemed the project completed in 2015, prior to RERA's implementation. However, the apex court's intervention revives uncertainty, questioning if completion certificates alone suffice without occupancy and safety clearances.
