Iranian Revolutionary Guard on "terrorist list" major shift for EU

EU foreign ministers are expected to agree on January 29 to put Iran's Revolutionary Guards on the bloc's "terrorist list". Though mostly symbolic, the EU move will send a strong message of condemnation to Iran after thousands of people were reported killed during the protests that rocked the country.
