Info Edge inadvertently shares its unaudited draft financial results with an outsider

This follows a series of similar incidents. Earlier this month, Hatsun Agro Products told the stock exchanges that its draft unaudited December-quarter financials were accidentally posted on a senior executive’s personal WhatsApp status. Similarly, ICICI Lombard General Insurance said that its unaudited financial details for the December quarter were inadvertently shared on a senior employee’s WhatsApp status.
