Street vendor murdered over old enmity: Police arrest suspect

Jagannath Palai was allegedly attacked and killed with a wooden stick by Rohit Behera following an altercation. Behera, reportedly nursing a grudge from a past violent dispute, confessed to the crime and has been arrested.
