Kensington Roof Gardens badly damaged after fire rips through building

Flames were seen above the building just after 1am

A fire has severely damaged an exclusive celebrity hotspot in West London.

The fire broke out at 1am at the celebrity haunt, Kensington Roof Gardens – a private members’ bar just above Metro’s offices.

The building, which also hosts Equinox gym and is just of High Street Kensington, was evacuated while dozens of firefighters dealt with the situation.
