Western San Gabriel Mountains/Highway 14 Corridor and Eastern San Gabriel Mountains placed under a wind advisory

Western San Gabriel Mountains/Highway 14 Corridor and Eastern San Gabriel Mountains are under a wind advisory which was released by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 12:58 p.m. The advisory is valid from 10 p.m. until Sunday Jan. 25, at 1 p.m.

The NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA said, “Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.”

“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,” according to the NWS.
