Congress must reclaim authority over public lands

The Biden administration's Public Land Order 7917, which withdrew 225,000 acres of land in northern Minnesota from mineral development, has been met with opposition from Congress, mineral developers and local residents, and a CRA resolution has been passed to nullify it and restore economic opportunity, domestic production and the constitutional balance of power.
