Video: Man shot and killed in Minneapolis as federal agents hold him down

A video of what’s been reported to be a fatal federal agent-involved shooting in Minnesota spread wildly on social media Saturday, prompting state leaders to demand Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents leave the North Star State immediately.
