AIPL buys Gurugram land for Rs 1,000 crore through DRT

Realty developer AIPL has secured a 43-acre plot in Gurugram for Rs 1,000 crore. This acquisition, made through the debt recovery tribunal, resolves dues for six banks. The land will be used for a large township project on the Dwarka Expressway. The first phase, AIPL Lake City, has already launched with a revenue potential of Rs 1,500 crore.
