Wingstop isn't the only fast food joint embracing hot honey in the new year. McDonald's, never to be outdone, just announced a pretty sizable array of hot honey offerings that will be available at its stores starting January 27, reports Fox Business.

Wingstop's Hot Honey Trio and KFC's Mike's Hot Honey collab have sealed the deal that hot honey and chicken are the fast food world's new Jim and Pam. So naturally, McDonald's is responding by adding hot honey to its chicken offerings.
