Manipur announces Rs 10 lakh ex-gratia for Rishikanta Singh killed in Churachandpur

Manipur government offers Rs 10 lakh ex-gratia to the family of Mayanglangbam Rishikanta Singh. Singh was shot dead in Churachandpur. His family demands the arrest of those responsible before accepting the body. The incident occurred on January 21. The case is being handed over to the NIA for investigation.
