JSW Steel to form JV with Peddar Realty to bid for commercial office spaces in Mumbai

JSW Steel is joining hands with Peddar Realty to bid for land in Mumbai. The joint venture will focus on acquiring commercial spaces and offices. Peddar Realty will invest up to Rs 51 crores and hold a 51% stake. JSW Steel's unit, JSW Realty Pvt, will hold the remaining shares. This move follows JSW Steel's strong December quarter profit surge.
