SIR anxiety led to over 110 deaths in Bengal, Election Commission must answer: Mamata Banerjee

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee stated that three to four people are dying by suicide daily in the state. This is attributed to anxiety surrounding the ongoing Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Banerjee asserted that the Election Commission and the central government must take responsibility for these deaths.
