DLF pre-sales down 16 pc in Apr-Dec to Rs 16,176 cr

DLF Ltd's sales bookings declined 16 percent to Rs 16,176 crore in the first nine months of this fiscal year. This decrease was due to reduced new home supply. The company remains confident in achieving its annual sales target of Rs 20,000-22,000 crore. DLF reported a 14 percent increase in net profit for the December quarter.
