David Chipperfield Architects designs ceramic-clad skyscraper for Miami

London studio David Chipperfield Architects has designed a skyscraper in Miami clad in fluted ceramic columns that will be "the very first residential offering" in the city's Design District.

Located at 39 NE 39th Street, the Miami Design Residences tower will span 26 storeys across "nearly" 2 acres and contain 143 "impeccably crafted" condominiums, along with levels dedicated to a luxury hotel, according to the development team.
