Craig Breslow and the Boston Red Sox have made another trade.

Boston acquired catching prospect Nate Baez from the Twins and sent utilityman Tristan Gray to Minnesota, as first reported by MassLive’s Chris Cotillo on Wednesday morning. The Red Sox acquired Gray from the Tampa Bay Rays earlier this offseason.
