Manipur Governor launches child Aadhaar enrolment service, ‘Hopegrown’ black rice initiative

Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla launched a new service for Aadhaar enrolment of children. This system links Aadhaar with birth registration. He also launched Hopegrown – Black Rice. This initiative supports displaced families in Kangpokpi through farming. The Governor urged officials to replicate this successful livelihood project in other districts. The aim is to help vulnerable communities.
