Karnataka shocker: Pilgrim killed in leopard attack near MM hills; safety measures reviewed

A pilgrim on foot to Male Mahadeshwara Hill was reportedly killed in a suspected leopard attack early Wednesday. Praveen, 30, from Mandya, was pounced on by the animal near the shrine, causing panic among other devotees. His body was later recovered. Authorities are increasing monitoring along the forested route.
