Robbers appear to target 7-Elevens in Orange, Los Angeles counties

Authorities are trying to determine if a series of robberies at 7-Eleven stores around Orange and Los Angeles counties are connected.

Around 1:24 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 19, officers responded to a robbery at a 7-Eleven in the 2000 block of East La Palma Avenue in Anaheim, where a clerk said multiple male suspects climbed over the counter, took cash drawers with money inside and drove off in a light-colored sedan, said Sgt. Eric Anderson with Anaheim police.
