Elan Group awards Rs 840 cr construction contract to Tata Projects

Elan Group has awarded a Rs 840 crore construction contract to Tata Projects for its ultra-luxury residential development, Elan The Statement, in Gurugram. This project, spanning nearly 6 acres with 5 towers, represents a planned investment of approximately Rs 1600 crore. The development features spacious residences designed by London-based Benoy.
