Writ court not remedy for all grievances, SC dismisses YouTuber’s plea

The Supreme Court has dismissed a plea from YouTuber Savukku Shankar. He sought to unseal his Chennai office and retrieve seized devices. The court directed him to approach the judicial magistrate. This follows allegations of assault and extortion by a film producer. The Madras High Court had previously declined to stay the sealing order.
