Lodha Group inks pact with Maharashtra govt for additional 1 lakh crore data center investment

Lodha Group has signed a new agreement with the Maharashtra government to invest over Rs 1 lakh crore in data centres, taking its total planned investment in the state to Rs 1.3 lakh crore. The latest memorandum adds to a Rs 30,000 crore commitment made four months ago under the state’s Green Integrated Data Centre Park policy.
