AIMIM steps out of Hyderabad, alters poll math beyond its scale

The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) continues to maintain its primary organizational base in Hyderabad and Telangana. The party has a significant presence in the city with seven Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), two Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs), 67 municipal corporators, and 70 councillors.
