7 soldiers injured in Kishtwar gunfight

Seven Army soldiers were injured in a fierce encounter with terrorists in Kishtwar district on Sunday. The exchange of fire began during a search operation in Sonnar village. Reinforcements were rushed to the area as the operation continued. A Jaish-e-Muhammad group is believed to be trapped. Security forces are engaged in ongoing counter-terror operations against infiltrators.
