Bokaro Steel Plant Brownfield Expansion Revived: Tenders Floated for Rs 20,000 Crore Project

Bokaro Steel Plant has revived its long-pending brownfield expansion project by floating tenders for two key enabling packages. This initiative, announced by Union minister H D Kumaraswamy, aims to boost hot metal production capacity from 5.25 MTPA to 7.55 MTPA with an estimated investment of Rs 20,000 crore, promising economic and social development.
