BeDA leases out rock garden to pvt organisation

Berhampur Development Authority has leased its rock garden for 14 years at an annual rent of ₹12 lakh. This move aims to generate revenue and enhance visitor experience at the state's first rock garden, built at a cost of ₹14.85 crore. The organization will manage operations and maintenance, with BeDA withdrawing its staff.
