Man plots brother’s murder in Odisha's Balangir, 8 held

A murder-for-hire plot was uncovered in Balangir where an elder brother allegedly hired the victim's best friend to kill his younger sibling over a financial dispute. The victim, Nataraj Thanapati, was found dead under a bridge, with eight individuals, including the mastermind and the friend, now arrested.
