Former Prince Andrew was seen talking to dog walkers after they blocked the path of his car.

The disgraced royal was seen interacting with the pet owner while driving his Range Rover down the Long Walk on the Windsor estate.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who is due to vacate the Royal Lodge, was spotted talking to the woman through the window of his car.
