Manipur BJP chief, Biren Singh in Delhi to discuss govt formation

Manipur's former Chief Minister N Biren Singh and BJP President Adhikarimayum Sharda Devi are in New Delhi for crucial talks with party leaders. The discussions aim to restore a regular government in the state, which has been under President's rule. Kuki Zo groups have agreed to join the government pending written assurances.
