Jharkhand High Court observes state police raid on ED office 'preplanned'

The Jharkhand High Court has deemed a recent police raid on the Enforcement Directorate office as preplanned. The court has ordered the Union Home Secretary to provide security to the ED office and its officers. The Ranchi SSP has been directed to ensure proper security. The court has also stayed the police investigation against ED officers.
