Supreme Court criticises misuse of right to constitutional remedies under Article 32

The Supreme Court recently expressed strong disapproval towards a petitioner who invoked Article 32 in an inappropriate manner. Originally intended as a safeguard for severe violations of fundamental rights, the court noted that the article was improperly employed to address trivial issues such as adjournments seen in High Courts.
