Verizon Finally Reveals Monetary Credit for Users After Major Outage - How to Get $20
On Wednesday, Jan. 14 Verizon issued a statement to customers admitting it was working on a major outage that left thousands without voice and data services for much of the day.
The hours-long outage was eventually resolved by Verizon, which apologized for the inconvenience.
"The outage has been resolved. If customers are still having an issue, we encourage them to restart their devices to reconnect to the network. For those affected, we will provide account credits. Details will be shared directly with customers.
