3 persons arrested, minor boy detained for circulating girl’s obscene video

Three individuals were arrested and a minor detained in Sundargarh for circulating an obscene video of a minor girl on social media. The prime accused allegedly coerced the girl into recording the video and later demanded money. The video was then shared among several individuals, leading to its viral spread before police intervention.
