Even with inherited property and bank balance, wife entitled to maintenance in this case: Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court ruled that inherited properties and gifts to a wife cannot be considered her income to deny maintenance. Even with assets and qualifications, a wife is entitled to support if her actual income doesn't match her marital lifestyle. The court upheld a Rs 50,000 monthly interim maintenance order for the wife.
