Govt pushing corporates to increase engagement with startups: DPIIT Secretary

India’s government wants big companies to work more closely with startups to help young entrepreneurs, cut production costs and strengthen local manufacturing, according to a senior industry official. Many agreements have been signed to encourage firms to outsource innovation to startups and include them in supply chains.
