State of the State: Student aid, foster support, veteran clinics

Governor Kathy Hochul has proposed a plan to freeze tuition at SUNY and CUNY schools, expand the SUNY and CUNY Reconnect program, regulate private student lenders, protect cosigners, overhaul the Certificate of Residency process, double the Empire State Service Corps, and provide Veterans Services Clinics for military-connected students.
