PNW Components has issued a voluntary recall of the Gen 2 Alloy Loam Pedals after 4 reports of cracked axles, which could cause the pedal body to separate from the axle. These reports have led to a voluntary recall of approximately 1,200 pedals, and the brand has issued the following warning: “If you currently have this pedal, we ask that you stop riding it immediately, as there is a risk of serious injury.”
